Quality assurance
All processes (both medical and non-medical) are monitored within the frame of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001. The introduction of these standards (audited independently) clearly demonstrates our effort for the best quality assurance in the services provided. All monitored quality control system processes are specified in the Declaration of Quality, which is a part of the certificate. This list is available at the Pronatal Sanatorium to all patients. The IVF laboratory processes, their quality, assurance and control are the subject of accreditation according to the ISO EN/IEC 17 025 standard, which at present is the highest form of quality declaration available in IVF laboratory.
